Step 4: Join the Priority List

Once your application has been financially approved, join our Priority List and reserve your “place in line”.  The cost to join the list is $1,000.00 which is fully refundable should you change your mind in the future. Since there is a current wait time for both apartments and cottages, reserving your position on the list is essential for those planning a move in 3 to 5 years.

Step 5: Secure Your Residence with a Deposit

If you’re next in line on the Priority List, and ready to accept an available apartment or cottage, we require just 10% of the entrance fee down on the residence. The 90% balance is not due until you move-in. Please note, it takes about 90 days to complete the average renovation.

Step 6: Customize Your Home

Once you’ve committed to a cottage or an apartment, you’re ready to choose the finishes.  We have elevated finishes for the kitchen and bathrooms including luxury vinyl plank flooring.  In the kitchen, a subway tile backsplash is also included with several color options available.  If the residence needs new cabinets in the kitchen and/or bathrooms, we’ve got stylish options to choose from along with beautiful hardware and updated lighting.  Choose your paint finishes and carpet colors too.  We want your new home to be a reflection of you!

Step 7: Settlement and Move-in

The big day has arrived; your new home is ready.  It’s time to pay the balance due.  We have some options for those times when your home has not completed the final sale process. We’ll work with you to make the accommodation needed to finalize the paperwork and hand over the keys.
