Moving into a residence involves a one-time entrance fee and an on-going monthly fee which covers a host of included services.

As a Life Plan retirement community, we offer the security of having priority access to personal care and healthcare services in the future for a temporary need or for ongoing care. - What Services Are Included?
Maintenance of the interior, exterior and provided appliances; most utilities including water and sewer; real estate taxes; housekeeping; emergency response call system; grounds care; trash removal; planned activities and scheduled group transportation are included. Plus, there are plenty of on-campus amenities such as the library, fitness center, community room and other common areas, hair salon, sunrooms, game rooms, gift shop and chapel.
- How Does the Admission Process Start?
Submit an application to see what units best fit you financially. There is no cost for submitting an application. Then let us know what types of units you have the most interest in.
Looking for the timeliest access to the next available unit? Then, apply to our Future Resident Priority List. The list does require a $1,000 deposit, which will be applied against your entrance fee. Individuals on the priority list are called first. Individuals or couples thinking of a retirement community in the future should consider joining the Future Resident Priority List as the wait for an open unit can take anywhere from 2-5 years depending on the type of unit desired.
