Successful Aging: Help for Caregiver Stress

Hear from Connie Metzler, MSN, RN, program coordinator at LG Health Physicians Alzheimer’s & Memory Care, speak about caregiver role strain, signs and symptoms of caregiver burnout, and resources and support for caregivers. Connie was named a Central Penn Parent magazine 2018 Healthcare Heroes Award finalist in the nursing category. In collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association, she facilitates support groups for caregivers and coordinates Early Stage classes offering education for caregivers and those living with dementia.
