Meal includes a Caesar salad; choice of Filet Mignon with Mushroom Demi-Glace, Asparagus Spear with Lemon Butter and Herbed Cous Cous OR Southwestern Stuffed Pepper with Black Beans & Rice; and Lemon Mousse Cake with Raspberry Sauce. Please note that meals will take about 10 minutes to finish/re-heat. The filet mignon comes just seared so you can finish to the wellness of your choice. Instruction cards come in the kit.
