We are excited to share the name of our future cottage neighborhood: Brinser Ridge.
The name honors Mathias Brinser, founder and key figure in the history and mission of the United Zion Church. We felt it was a fitting tribute as we begin planning the next chapter of our campus.
Brinser Ridge is envisioned as a new neighborhood of approximately 60 cottages situated on 16 acres of land directly connected to our existing campus. Residents will enjoy convenient access to community amenities, dining, wellness opportunities, and higher levels of care, all within an easy walk.
In addition to the cottages, plans include a new community building designed to enhance connection and engagement among residents.
We are currently in the early stages of the design process and look forward to sharing more details as plans develop. Cottage layouts, floor plans, square footage, pricing, and project timelines are still being finalized and will be announced when available.
As we move forward, we also plan to host focus groups with prospective residents to gather input and help shape this exciting new neighborhood.
