Holly Groff has joined the team at United Zion as the Director of Human Resources. Groff, a SHRM certified professional, has over 15 years in human resources, recruitment and payroll. She received a bachelor of science in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology from Albright College as well as an associate degree in Computerized Accounting from Consolidated School of Business Lancaster. She, also, serves on the Lancaster SHRM board where she is a member of the Workforce Readiness and Scholarship committee.

Groff spent 23 years working in senior living before taking on the role of Human Resources Director at Theraplay (Pediatric Therapy) in West Chester PA. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in process, policy and program development. Groff mentions “Within just a few days, I felt like I was an integral part of the United Zion family. As I get settled and build an understanding of the current policies and processes, I am looking for new opportunities to help improve retention of team members and build efficiencies at United Zion. I am excited for what the future will hold for me and the United Zion team.”
