The Apartments At United Zion Retirement Community
Best of all, each apartment features a convenient kitchen with all necessary appliances so you can prepare everything from late night snacks to prize winning apple pies! As an apartment resident, you'll also have the option of enjoying delicious meals in the sunny dining room overlooking one of the loveliest views in Lititz. Included in your monthly fee are services such as twice monthly light housekeeping, building and grounds maintenance, trash removal, scheduled transportation and all utilities except phone and cable TV services. As an apartment resident you'll have access to all the activities and services available at United Zion Retirement Community including social and recreational activities, chapel services, library, craft and activity rooms and more. Of course, all apartment residents have priority access to nursing and personal care services should the need arise for some assistance with daily living activities or for 24-hour nursing care. United Zion's apartments have been designed for older couples or individuals who are able to live on their own but who want the security, services, and companionship of a full service retirement community. Ranging in size from studio to one-bedroom, each of these apartments has a private bath with vinyl flooring and safety features, ample closet and storage space, individually-controlled heat and air conditioning and spacious living and dining areas with wall to wall carpeting.
Plus, each apartment is equipped with an emergency response system to summon help 24 hours a day.
